The Community Connect debuted in the fall of 2006. The show is produced and written by 20 year radio veteran, Dewayne Loving. He wants his listeners to take notes and share comments and opinions with his guests live on the air. This sometimes puts his guests in uncomfortable situations (DL solicited an audience member to critique the food of a cafe live on the air with the owner in the studio). The show has also placed the audience inside the courthouse with an exclusive interview with The City Of Richmond Commonwealth Attorney Mike Herring and introduced a new reentry program to the Richmond City Sheriff C.T.Woody.

The Community Connect is more than just mere talk radio. It is a show for the people. Join the discussion every Tuesday, 12-1 PM, here on WCLM.
